I created Holy Shift! 2026 because I believe real change happens when we slow down enough to feel what’s actually alive.
This class grew out of years of listening—to my own body, my community, and the places where spiritual practices were being used to bypass rather than support real life. I wanted to offer something different: a seasonal, embodied practice that honors safety, honesty, joy, and rest.
